Responsibilities:

  • Be the brand voice when communicating with sororities and fraternities
  • Communicate via iMessage in a beast mode fashion…we mean beast mode
  • Utilize task management app to create tasks for graphic design team
  • Send epically creative texts to customers to get them hyped on working with us and show our personality
  • Walk customer through initial reach out to placing an order with us and develop a relationship with them
  • Know our apparel like you know Harry Styles’ lyrics
  • Inquire about other merch orders from customer or referrals to grow sales
  • Provide the best apparel options for our customers based on their needs
  • Research and understand our apparel vendor websites and what they carry
  • Be an expert on merchandise and know the college demographic trends
  • Quote our customers for their apparel orders
  • Coordinate and help resolve any production issues with production team
  • Attend regular meetings with company to discuss ways to improve communication and boost sales through customer interactions
